As you know, Tuque Games and Wizards of the Coast announced the cooperative action role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance at The Game Awards 2019, but that was just the beginning.
As Chris Cocks, President of Wizards of the Coast has confirmed, there are currently seven to eight “D&D” games under development. And it’s not always just role-playing games. Several genres are to be served, including strategy.
The newly revealed game, on the other hand, is said: “As the spiritual successor to the Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance series, with the popular characters of the bestselling author RA Salvatore, the new Dark Alliance combines nerve-wracking action with a hack-and-slay dungeon crawler and the Progress and loot system of an RPG.
With local or online co-op mode for up to four players, fans can play the scimitar-swinging hero Drizzt Do’Urden or his unique companions Catti-Brie, Bruenor or Wulfgar while embarking on an action-packed adventure through the icy tundra of Icewind Dale. ”
