Ninja Theory today confirmed the PS4 Pro support for their new project, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice , as well as there is a new trailer for the game.
Owners of the PS4 Pro can choose between two options, including 1080p at 60fps or at higher resolution at 30fps. Ninja Theory does not reveal which resolution is exactly offered on the PS4 Pro. On the PC one speaks however of 4K. Exact facts should then follow in an analysis for the release.
In Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, you embark on a brutal journey into the world of myths and madness. In the age of the Vikings, a broken Celtic warrior makes her way into the hell of the Vikings to fight for the soul of her dead lover. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was developed with neuroscientists and people who have experience with psychosis, and will take you deep into Senuas disorganized mind.
As a further taste for the game, there is now a new trailer for the game, which will be released on August 8th.
In a recent interview, Ninja Theory’s Creative Director Tameem Antoniades has confirmed that the title runs on the PS4 Pro with a resolution of 1440p (2560 × 1440). With regard to HDR, Antoniades said the launch feature will not be available, but it is on the wish list, especially in a game like Hellblade, which should convince with its graphic qualities.
