Activision and Infinity Ward today released the Retribution DLC for the PS version of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Activision and Infinity Ward today released the “Retribution” -DLC for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. This is only true for the PS4 version. The PC and the Xbox One follow a month later. The expansion consists of four new maps and another zombies adventure.
“From the beginning, our mission was to ensure a high degree of customization, so that the Infinite Warfare players can play their own gameplay on a variety of multiplayer maps, and can be rewarded independently of the type of player.” Retribution fulfills this promise and we can hardly wait to see it , as is the case with the community, “said Dave Stohl, Studio Head at Infinity Ward. “In addition, Retribution is the last chapter of our zombies story, where we take players to a cool new battlefield, where they discover the true motives of our villain through surprises and unexpected turns.”
The maps at a glance
- Carnage: A post-apocalyptic circuit on the Californian coast. “Carnage” offers long lines of sight and environmental hazards, including a fire trap, which can trigger players on command to roast their opponents.
- Heartland: In “Heartland” the teams compete against each other in a simulation of an American small town, the reissue of the classic Warhawk card from Call of Duty: Ghosts. The players can get a sweetener in the local ice cream parlor and then turn off the opponents on the street with a generator that produces black holes.
- Altitude: A modern, huge shopping mall on the edge of the universe. In “Altitude”, the teams are fighting for a chaotic center where fast flanking is the key to victory. At the edges of the map are streams of water.
- Depot 22: “Depot 22” is a water station at the end of civilization. Here, the fight is centered on a medium-sized map with three paths in the foreground. The players can go into the melee in the cafeteria or attack enemies with a wallrail from a moving train.
The Beast from Beyond ‘, there are new weapons, traps and more besides the unique Call of Duty action. In the sequel to the story, Seth Green (Robot Chicken, Austin Powers) as ‘Poindexter’, Ike Barinholtz (Neighbors, Suicide Squad) as ‘AJ’, Jay Pharoah (White Famous, Saturday Night Live) as ‘Andre’ and Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live, Inside Amy Schumer) as ‘Sally’ again. ”
