Toys For Bob is the Developer Of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy For Switch

Activision announced a few days ago that the “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” will also be released on July 10, 2018 for the PC, the Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch. The official Nintendo site now shows that Toys For Bob (“Skylanders” games) is taking care of the switch port.

The PS4 original was developed by Vicarious Visions and the studio apparently also takes over the PC and the Xbox One, as this probably only requires simple porting. It is likely that more work is needed on the switch version, so the development was given to Toys For Bob.

Vicarious Visions was the developer behind the original release of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy when it launched on PS4 last June. Currently, they are still listed as the studio that will be bringing the game to Xbox One and PC, likely because it will be a much more direct port.
